Additional procedures for assigning a sequence number to an electoral subject

A sequence number of an electoral subject shall be determined under the procedure determined by Article 381 of this Law. In addition, an electoral subject that has received 0.75% or more than 0.75% of votes in the 2018 presidential elections of Georgia may, not later than the 57th day before elections, apply to the CEC and request that it participate in the parliamentary elections of Georgia with a sequence number which was assigned to it during the presidential elections of Georgia.
