Temporary procedure for setting up a special group for the 2021 elections of the municipality bodies

If, during the election period, the number of members of an election commission turns out to be less than nine due to the health status or a circumstance related to this status, the election commission shall be deemed transformed into a special group and the special group shall exercise the powers conferred on the election commission by the legislation of Georgia. A majority of the current number of members shall be defined as a quorum of the special group
