In Article 71 of the revised draft law, the 24-hour complaint deadlines have been expanded to 48 hours. These deadlines are still rather short. It would be suitable to extend them to 72 hours (three days) at least. The 48 hours deadlines to decide have been extended to 96 hours (Articles 71 (5) and 73 (1)), which is positive.
