The following are forbidden 48 hours before the voting date: a) the presentation of opinion polls or broadcasting of electoral publicity spots; b) the invitation or presentation of candidates during programmes, except for the situations stipulated under Article 74 paragraph (4); c) comments concerning the electoral campaign.
