(1) At 21.00 hours, the president of the electoral bureau of the polling station shall declare the voting closed and shall order the closing of the premises of the polling station.
(2) The voters who, at 21.00 hours, are inside the voting room, can exercise their right to vote.
(3) At 21.00 hours, the special ballot box must be inside the polling station.
