If two (2) political parties or coalitions or two list of independent candidates have identical names or names that are so similar that it could cause confusion or mislead a voter, the Central Election Commission of BiH shall determine which party has the right to use the name for the purposes of the elections, taking into account the date each party registered with the competent authority.
