Within 5 days of the entry into force of this emergency ordinance, the Permanent Electoral Authority shall establish, by decision*, which shall be published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, the model of the certificate attesting that a Romanian citizen has not been deprived of the right to be elected in Romania or that such an interdiction is not known by the Romanian authorities.”
