Informing the citizens of other European Union Member States in municipal elections and European Parliamentary elections Whenever possible, the Population Registration Centre shall notify in an appropriate way in good time before municipal electionsand European Parliamentary elections all citizens of another European Union Member State who fulfil the conditions required of enfranchised persons that they have, according to the Population Information System, the right to vote in the election and that they are eligible, and also inform them of the procedure which is necessary in order to use the right to vote and to meet the eligibility requirements.
