(1) Voters with no address in Hungary who are eligible voters at an election covered by this Act may request registration, renewal of registration and modification of the data relating to them in the electoral register until the twenty fifth day before the election concerned.

(2) Citizens who are not yet adults may request registration in the electoral register after having attained the age of seventeen years. When submitting the request to that effect, the citizen may make a juridical act independently.
