(1) The register of citizens without suffrage may be used only for verifying whether a citizen has the right of suffrage; data shall not be provided from the register for any other purpose.
(2) The election office, the election commission and the court shall be entitled to request data from the register of citizens without suffrage for the purpose specified in paragraph (1).
