(1) The register of citizens without suffrage shall not be public; it may be accessed only by the person concerned regarding his own data, and by the court and the members of the election commission and election office. Records shall be kept of access.

(2) Any adult person may request the National Election Office to certify that the register of citizens without suffrage contains no reference to his being deprived of suffrage for any reason.
