(1) The local election office

a) shall enter voters requesting a mobile ballot box in accordance with section 103 (2) a) aa) and ab) into the list of voters who requested a mobile ballot box,

b) shall forward the requests under section 103 (2) a) ac) to the polling station commission for assessment.

(2) Upon a request under section 103 (4) submitted in accordance with section 103 (2) a) aa) and ab), the local election office shall enter the voter requesting a mobile ballot box into the list of voters who requested a mobile ballot box.

(3) The polling station commission shall enter voters requesting a mobile ballot box into the printed list of voters who requested a mobile ballot box and delete them from the printed polling district electoral register.
