(1) The provisions of section 91 (1) and (3) and section 92 (1), (3) and (4) shall apply to requests under section 103, section 250, section 259 and section 307/A.

(2) Requests regarding the polling district electoral register may be submitted from the sixty sixth day before voting day.

(3) In a joint proceeding, a request regarding the polling district electoral register, a request for assistance under section 88 and a request for a prohibition of releasing data under section 89 shall apply to all elections of the joint proceeding.
