(1) From the day when the election date is set until the electoral register is closed, the data in the polling district electoral register of the settlement may be accessed by anyone in the local election office, except for the data set out in points fb) to fe) and fg) in Annex 3.

(2) Except for the printed sample distributed to the polling districts, no copies shall be made of the data content of polling district electoral registers.
