A list shall be eliminated if the nominating organisation withdraws the list, all candidates on the list drop out before the start of the voting, or if the election commission deletes the nominating organisation of the candidate from the register of nominating organisations, candidates and lists. The eliminated list shall be deleted from the register of nominating organisations, candidates and lists and from ballot papers.
