(1) After the election documents and other equipment are placed, until the voting starts, only members of the polling station commission and the election office, and the international observer may be present in the polling station.

(2) From the start of voting to the closing of voting, only the polling station commission, the keeper of minutes, media content provider representatives and international observers may be present in the polling station.

(3) Voters and their assistants under section 181 (1) may be present in the polling station for the time required for exercising the right to vote.
