(1) The election commission shall decide on submitted objections not later than on the third day of receipt or, for transferred objections, of receipt by the election commission competent to assess the objection.

(2) The National Election Commission shall decide on an objection regarding the violation of election campaign rules on general election day not later than on the fifth day after it receives it.

(3) The election commission shall make a decision within fifteen days after the submission of an objection if the application does not relate to an election the date for which has already been set, but the result of which has not yet become final and binding.
