(1) The election commission may order the joining of cases pending before it concerning connected subjects for joint examination and assessment.

(2) If another objection is submitted in a case that has been assessed on the merits by the election commission, and it does not contain any evidence that has not been previously evaluated by the election commission, the chair of the election commission shall send to the person submitting the objection a copy, without any personal data, of the resolution by the election commission, and shall inform accordingly the election commission at its next sitting.

(3) The election commission shall acknowledge the information by the chair in a minuted decision or, if the conditions under paragraph (2) are not met, it shall adopt a resolution on the merits of the case.
