(1) Natural and legal persons and organisations without a legal personality affected by the case may submit an appeal challenging a first-instance resolution by the election commission.
(2) Minuted decisions, resolutions adopted by the election commission of second instance, and resolutions adopted by the National Election Commission shall not be subject to appeal.
