(1) The election commission entitled to assess an appeal shall decide on the appeal not later than on the third day following receipt.

(1a) The election commission shall make a decision within fifteen days after the submission of an appeal if the application does not relate to an election the date for which has already been set, but the result of which has not yet become final and binding

(2) The court shall make a decision on a judicial review application not later than on the third day from receipt. The provisions on administrative court actions of the Act on the Code of Civil Procedure shall apply accordingly to the proceedings of the court, with the derogations specified in the Act.
