(1) An appeal challenging a resolution by the head of the local election office on the arrangement and review of polling districts shall be submitted to the head of the local election office during the period for which the resolution is published.

(2) The head of the local election office shall refer the appeal to the head of the regional election office, who shall assess it within three days and either modify the division of polling districts or dismiss the appeal.

(3) No further legal remedy shall lie against the resolution by the head of the regional election office.
