(1) An appeal challenging a decision by the local election office regarding the central electoral register shall be submitted not later than on the fifteenth day following the receipt of the notification about the decision or, if the notification was communicated by electronic means or by fax, the sending of that notification.

(2) An appeal challenging a decision by the local election office regarding the polling district electoral register shall be submitted not later than on the third day following the receipt of the notification about the decision or, if the notification was communicated by electronic means or by fax, the sending of that notification, but on the second day before voting day at the latest.
