Where, on the basis of a request to that effect submitted by the voter not later than on the sixteenth day before voting day, a voter is recorded in the central electoral register as national minority voter also for the election of the Members of the National Assembly, the poll card and the polling district electoral register shall contain a reference to the national minority the voter belongs to.
