The diplomatic mission election office shall verify the identity of the citizen wishing to vote on the basis of a verification card suitable for verifying identity, and check whether the citizen is recorded in the diplomatic mission electoral register. Anyone who cannot verify his identity as set forth above or who is not recorded in the diplomatic mission electoral register shall be refused.
