(1) Multi-member list candidates, single-member constituency candidates, mayor candidates and Mayor of Budapest candidates shall be notified not later than on the thirty-fourth day before voting day.

(2) The local election commission shall register multi-member list candidates, single-member constituency candidates and mayor candidates, and the regional election commission shall register Mayor of Budapest candidates.

(3) The resignation of a candidate shall be capable of producing legal effects only if submitted before 16.00 on the day before voting day.
