(1) If a voter is recorded as national minority voter in the central electoral register on the basis of a request to that effect submitted by the voter not later than on the sixteenth day before voting day, the poll card and the polling district electoral register shall contain a reference to the national minority the voter belongs to.

(2) If, at the request of the voter concerned, the election office deletes from the central electoral register the reference to the voter’s belonging to a national minority not later than on the sixteenth day before voting day, then the data relating to the belonging to a national minority of the voter shall be deleted from the polling district electoral register.
