The list ballot paper contains the following:

a) the words “ballot paper”,

b) a space marked for stamping in the top left corner of the ballot paper,

c) the name of the election,

d) the voting day,

e) reference to the constituency,

f) an indication that the vote will be valid only if it is cast for one list,

g) the serial number of the list,

h) a circle to mark the vote,

i) the name of the nominating organisation,

j) the names of the first five candidates included in the list,

k) information on the form-related requirements for a valid vote.
