The register of representatives contains the following data of a representative:

a) name,

b) birth name,

c) personal identifier or, for a citizen not having personal identifier, the type and number of the official identity verification card,

d) address in Hungary,

e) name of the mother,

f) place of birth,

g) date of birth,

h) type of mandate and a reference to the constituency,

i) day of establishment and termination of his mandate, and the voting day,

j) the grounds for the termination of his mandate,

k) a reference to the fact of his being nominated as an independent candidate, or a reference to the nominating organisation of which he was a constituency candidate or in the list of which he was included,
