Observers monitoring the repeat voting

The authorisation issued by the Republic Electoral Commission for observing the work of electoral management bodies shall also be valid for the repeat voting. The submitter of the observer application shall have the right to replace its representative for observing the repeat voting, or if it did not have a representative observing the work of a certain electoral management body, it may submit an application to observe the repeat voting.
