Information must be available in the official languages and in the languages of national minorities; this is true not only for the explanatory report or additional information, but still more for the question submitted to the vote. Information in national minority languages which does not appear on the ballot paper itself, such as the explanatory report, should be easily accessible, including in the polling station.
