Replacement of a member of the polling board

A member or a deputy member of the polling board in the standing composition may be replaced at the request of the authorized nominator no later than three days before the polling day. Exceptionally, the chairperson or deputy chairperson of the polling board may be replaced prior to the opening of the polling station for voting, at the latest, if they die, become ill or lose their right to vote. The decision on the replacement of a member or deputy member of the polling board shall be made by the commission that has appointed him/her to the polling board, i.e. by its duly authorized member.
