Actions upon appeal 

The Republic Electoral Commission shall forward the appeal and all pertaining case files to the Administrative Court within 24 hours following the receipt of the appeal.

The Administrative Court shall render a decision on the appeal within 72 hours following the receipt of the appeal and the related files. The Administrative Court shall deliver the decision made in the appeal procedure to the appellant through the Republic Electoral Commission.
