According to information provided during the mission to Belgrade, some persons were excluded from the voter register without being informed about the exclusion. The Venice Commission and ODIHR recommend that if a voter is removed ex officio from the list, the MPALSG should make every attempt to notify the concerned citizens of the exclusion to enable them to introduce a complaint on time or supply to the election authorities the information required to be reinstated.
