Paragraph 104
 

The Venice Commission and ODIHR recommend that the law provides for clearer regulation of the APC's procedures. Among other issues, the law should provide for clearly defined and expedited deadlines to respond to alleged violations and the obligation to resolve them by means of legally substantiated resolutions.
