The Ministry closes the Voter Register by a decision 10 days prior to the day designated as election day.

The decision referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall include the total number of electors in Montenegro, in each local self-government unit and on each polling station, as well as the date of closing the Voter Register.

At the time of closing the Voter Register, the Ministry shall activate the application for closing, which forms closed Voter Register for that election.   

The Ministry shall deliver the decision on closing the Voter Register to the State Election Commission no later than 24 hours from the hour of its passing.
