Participants to the election process and authorised observers of the elections may file a request for issuance of the opinion related to the application of this Law to the State Election Commission Ministry of internal affairs.
The State Election Commission Ministry of internal affairs shall issue an opinion no later than 48 hours following the day of submitting the request referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.
