Pursuant to the competences prescribed by this Law, the State Election Commission is entitled to ask the state administration authorities, local government authorities and other authorities and organisations to deliver specific information and data of significance for keeping the Voter Register.

The authorities and organisations referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article are to provide the asked information and data to the State Election Commission no later than 72 hours from the day of receiving the request.

The authorities and organisations referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall enable the State Election Commission, at its request, to have insight into the official documents based on which changes are made to the Voter Register, within 48 hours from the day following receiving the request.
