The contents and the manner in which the program solution referred to in Article 5 of this Law is used, the manner the Voter Register is kept, displayed or closed, as well as other issues relevant for accurate and timely keeping of the Voter Register shall be prescribed by the Government of Montenegro, at proposal of the Ministry.
