30 (Thirty) councillors plus an additional councillor per every 5000 (five thousand) voters shall be elected in the Assembly of Municipality, the Royal Capital and the Capital City (hereinafter referred to as Municipal Assembly),
The number of councillors shall be established by the Municipal Assembly by a special decision not later than the day of calling for the elections.
