Municipal election commission is obliged to pass a decision specifying which political parties are entitled to propose representatives in the permanent composition of the PB not later than 15 (fifteen) days prior to the Election Day.

Municipal election commission shall deliver the decision referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article to all submitters of verified candidate lists within 24 hours from the hour of determining polling stations.

Right to complaint or appeal against the decision referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article is admissible, in accordance with the procedure for protection of suffrage established by this Law.
