The submitter of the candidate list may withdraw the list not later than the date set for the confirmation of the general candidate list.

By the withdrawal of the list of candidates, the position of the authorised representative of the submitter of the candidate list in all the election administration bodies shall be terminated, as well as all rights pertaining to him or her according to the provisions of this Law.

A candidate may withdraw his or her candidacy not later than the date set for rendering of the decision on the proclamation of the candidate list.
