Article 51
 

During the election campaign period, Radio-Television of Montenegro, regional and local public radio-broadcasting agencies shall be obliged to provide presentation of all submitters of verified candidate lists, as well as presentation and reasoning of their election programmes, on daily basis, in equal duration and at the same time, fully free of charge and equally, within their political newscasts and in precisely defined political marketing blocks, which can be heard or seen on the entire territory of Montenegro and/or local self-government units.


Radio-Television of Montenegro, regional and local public broadcasting agencies shall not be allowed, under any conditions, to enable the presentation and reasoning of election programmes of submitters of candidate lists or their indirect advertising outside the time frame referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article.
