Presentation of submitters of candidate lists through public broadcasting agencies, in accordance with this Law, shall be conducted based on rules to be passed by the relevant authority of the public broadcasting agency.
The public broadcasting agency shall be obliged to pass and make available to the public the rules referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article not later than 10 (ten) days from the day the elections are called.
