During the election campaign period, the submitters of the candidate lists and the candidates on these lists shall have the right to, under the equal terms, organize conferences and other public gatherings in order to present and promote their election programmes, the candidate lists, as well as the candidates on those lists, in conformity with the regulations on public order and safety.
