During the election campaign period, all public and commercial media in Montenegro shall be obliged to publish evaluations, conclusions and decisions of competent authorities, which specify that a certain public medium has violated the provisions of this Law prescribing impartial, equal and objective provision of information to citizens regarding programmes and political party candidates, and other submitters of candidate lists.
