While the polling station is opened and polling is in progress, all members of the PB or their deputies must be present at the polling station.
Each polling station shall have a special room where it shall be possible to ensure the secrecy of voting.
The number of voters present at the polling station at the same time shall be equal to the number of polling booths.
All persons having no rights or duties related to the election management determined by this Law shall be forbidden to retain their presence at the polling station.
Police officers must not vote, or enter polling stations in uniforms, unless requested by the PB president to prevent direct threats to public order and safety at a polling station.
An appeal against violation of the rules referred to in paragraphs 1- 4 of this Article may be lodged to the MEC that shall then decide whether the voting at that polling station shall be repeated.
