Article 91
 

The PB shall place unused, invalid and valid ballot papers in separate envelopes with the indication of its content, which shall be sealed and then, the entire election material (Record of the Work of the Polling Board, extract from the voters’ register, ballot papers, control coupons separated from the ballot papers, the stamp of the PB, as well as other remaining election material) shall be placed in another envelope and sealed.


Upon establishing the election results, the PB shall, without no further delay and not later than 12 (twelve) hours following the hour of closing of the polling station, deliver the election material referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article to the MEC.
