The MEC for the election of councillors and/or the SEC for the election of MPs shall establish the total number of votes each candidate list has won and the number of mandates belonging to each list.
Each candidate list shall be entitled to a number of mandates proportionate to the number of votes it has won, inaccordance with this Law.
