(1) The Minister responsible for finance may, from time to time, by warrant under his hand addressed to the Accountant General, authorise and direct that all such moneys as may be necessary for meeting any expense required to be incurred in the carrying out of the provisions of this Act be paid out of the Consolidated Fund without any further appropriation than this Act.

(2) A statement of the amounts so paid shall, as soon as practicable, be laid on the Table of the House.
