If the mandate of a Municipal/City Mayor, who was elected directly, has terminatedin accordance with law, the costs and expense required for the conduct of the new elections shall be provided from the budget of the Municipality/City for which the elections are conducted for the Head ofMunicipality /City Mayor, as appropriate.
